Love this park: it's very nice since the renovation. The staff is great and very helpful. Lots of trails to hike and things to do in the area. The restaurant at the lodge is very good. Only thing that would make it better is if it had Wi-Fi in the campground and not just the office.

Very nice little park. Everything clean and staff very friendly. Very good Wi-Fi. Site concrete and level, Has a new owner and he is a nice guy who wants you to be very happy. This is the first time at this park for us and we will come back.

Park was very nice and clean as always. Staff very helpful. I did notice a couple of problems this trip. Emergency #s need to be given out at check-in. There was a bear (yes, I said bear) in a tree behind us and it took forever to find someone. I was told contact #s are posted in the restrooms. Most people with motorhomes use their own. The only other thing was the kids on bikes are getting out of hand. We had kids almost run into our car passing us and swerving in front of us until 1am. This is more of a parent problem than the parks but it needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt. This is still my favorite park and the new bike path to the lake was great. Can't wait to go back.

Fairly nice park but over priced for what it is. $45.00 was with GS discount. Landscaping was not kept up, stones around coach steps were dangerous the way the were laid. Sewer drains are to high. Staff was very friendly and helpful except for the manager who seemed to look for something to complain about. Could be a real resort with some work.

We stay here about 2 times a year. Staff very nice. sites are close and some very unlevel. Wi-fi was poor and could not hook up. I do not like their no refund policys although I have never needed it. Not the best park, but far from the worst.

First stay here. Staff very nice. Sites small and there were cables for tv running from site to site above ground, I think they were working on this problem. Kids on golf carts everywhere!! Would stay again.

Found this fairly new park by accident. Great place, Staff very nice and helpful. Restrooms and showers were great, strong wi-fi, nice kids pool and hot tubs and 2 more pools across street at sister hotel. The only thing about this park is no shade trees yet. Planted but can't rush nature. I think this is where we will be staying when we are in Pigeon Forge. Will be back !!!

We arrived Christmas day and stayed until the 4th. The park was great as always. We had problems all week with wi-fi but the manager was working very hard to get it repaired. We love this place and try to go every year.

Second time we have been here and it is still a fantastic place. They are adding tent and more rv sites and a playground for the kids. Only thing missing is wi-fi.

Nice park but needs some attention. Lots of hiking trails and fishing, other activitys close by. A few big sites but tight roads in campground. We used it for a stop over coming home and will use it again.

First time we were ever at this park. Add us to the Topsail cult. This place is great and we will be back.

Over all not a bad park. Cable tv is very limited, I got more channels with my antenna. Staff at desk was very unfriendly and gave away one of the sites we had reserved and didn't care. It is a christen camp owned by by ministers but we were not treated accordingly. I don't intend to return.

Great park to get away. Newly paved roads and mostly large sites. Great place to fish or just relax, not much else around except hiking trails or biking. Will definitely go back.

Great place. Big sites, very clean, great staff. We we're intending on just a overnighter buy decided to stay over. Previous post said not big rig friendly because of roads. We did not have this problem with a 38 foot coach pulling a 20 foot car trailer. Can't wait to go back!

Sites were close and cramped. Lots of live in workers. Good overnighter but not a destination place. Other side of this was friendly staff and great little restaurant. Would stay overnight again.

Staff very nice and helpful. Sites to close together. Very few septic hook ups and they were all close to the back of the office. Wi-Fi did not work outside of the building. We arrived with reservations and our friends were supposed to be across from us. We wound up on separate ends of the campground. Owner would not allow me to rent a golf cart next door to use even though there were a lot of other campers there with their kids driving theirs. On the plus side the restrooms were kept clean, witch we needed because the water pressure was to low, 10 psi on top of the hill. Lots of activities for everyone. Over all it is a nice park that needs upgrades and the new owners seem to be working hard on that. We like the place but won't go back as a destination but would use it for a stop over.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Sites plenty big enough for 37ft with 3 slides without being stacked on top of each other. Everything was clean and there was a neat flea market right next door. Very close to Wild Adventures Park and rv sales and service. This is a 30 year old camp ground that has been well maintained. I saw some reviews here that said the KOA across the interstate was alot nicer so I booked there first. They were wrong, KOA was nothing as advertised. I left and went here. I will without a doubt be back.

This campground is nothing as advertised. The kid checking us in had a real attitude. Sites were so small I could not get slides and awning out. I had made reservations here and was told it had big sites, wrong, nice pool, wrong. They offered discounts of $5.00 a day if you bought park tickets from them. They have no ticket discounts. Manager was on vacation; kid at desk had no idea who was in chage and did not really care. I demanded my money back and went across interstate to Eagles Roost, much nicer people and campground, even cheaper. Will never go back to this KOA.
